The home must meet the following property criteria:
- Priced between $150,000* and $500,000
- Built in 1970 or later
- Minimum of 800 livable square feet
- Single-family home or fee-simple townhouse only. (No condos, trailers, modular, or manufactured homes)
- Move-in ready condition; we cannot work with “as is” listings
- Cannot have water, termites, foundation, or roof damage
- Cannot have an in-ground or above-ground pool
* In the following locations, the minimum budget we approve applications for is higher.
